Quality Care Resourcing looked after my Mum, PP, for nearly 2 years before she sadly passed away on 28th January 2021. Mum was chair bound so completely dependant on her carers. Quality Care, under Julia's supervision, provided Mum with a reliable professional service. The staff were compassionate and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble. If there was a problem with Mum, I could contact Julia and she would respond straight away. Julia also regularly visited Mum being very 'hands on' and working regular shifts with her staff. Mum felt at ease with all the girls who cared for her and they made an effort to understand her. Their attention to detail, especially as Mum became increasingly unwell, enabled Mum to stay in her home until the end, something for which Mum and I were very grateful.

Staff and manager are very friendly, helpful and accessible and flexible towards my mother. They really look after mom's personal care, dress, skin care and wound care.
